My fonts are small & almost unreadable.BUT if I make them larger,my desktop overlaps! What can I do to remedy?

However, the ink is not depleted, I have refilled it with the HP Black ink refill kit. It still displays this error message and won't print anything readable. my understanding is that without a will the spouse gets $100K and a third of the remaining estate while children share the remaining 2/3rds. ITunes Library Issues?

Here's the issue. A couple months ago I was able to go into my iTunes library and manually add files to my Droid X device. My iPod broke and this is the next best thing. The music navigation is easier to use anyway. Problem is, when I bring up the folder with the library in it, it's just a web page with code on it. I think the last time iTunes updated they disable this feature. I'm going nuts. I have a physical backup of each song on my computer, but those are in iTunes only readable files, and labeled with random letters and numbers. What's utterly ridiculous is 95% of the music is from actual CDs that were ripped to the computer and bought from Amazon.com. I WANT MY MUSIC BACK! Do I have to convert every file to a different file format? Or what? I'm lost. Your help would be greatly appreciated guys.

Unknown extension image files with no preview available would really like to view?

I have some image files that I would really like to be able to view. They are from a backup cd made years ago with Roxio burn using 2 CDs but one got lost and apparently it was important for making the content on both discs readable and able to be restored to my computer's hard disc. hi greffey, mac and pc formats the same so what i recommend is to go to control panel for windows vista or windows 7 beta go to programs and features and uninstall your virus protection then go to backup and restore and restore your system twice and place windows xp into your dvd drive and reboot when you see your windows logo start taping f12 boot from usb cdrom or just cdrom and start taping any key until the scan begins then stop taping and let the scan finish. now hit install when you get to petitions then hit D ENTER and L then hit next and do the long format and then set back and enjoy the show. when it is completely installed then place the windows that you want to use in your dvd driver like we did windows and start it just like we did windows xp. install your product key is on the box that your windows came in and when you come to your petitions then highlight the petition hit advance and delete it the second time and hit next to install your windows. good luck hope i was helpful to you

Video/Cassette Recorder Data Help?

My dad has a Video Cassette Recorder/Dvd Recorder RDR-VX535, and one day he found a disk that the computer said was an empty disc but when he put the "empty" disk into the recorder, the recorder was able to play it, so he probably assumed that the computer cannot read the data code in the disk since it was copied from one of those old-fashioned large black tape thingies that takes a long time to rewind or fast-forward. My dad tried to save it into the computer so he can edit it with Videostudio, but his HDMI thing did not work as the jacks are only outports, so the DVD recorder cannot connect with the computer, only the monitor. Is there a way to transport the data from the so-called "Empty" disk into readable data that can be saved into the computer?

At around 3am, me and my husband were asleep. I think my hubby was getting up to go to the bathroom. I was laying on my side facing him. Stopped at a stop sign, then received a ticket for not yielding?

It was about 12:30 AM, I was going from a one-way alley to a two-way road. the car in front of me turned right then I stopped, looked both ways, and turned right as well. about 800 ft. ahead the light turned red so I stopped next to the car in front of me. The light then turned green and as I began to turn left a police officer of a bike came darting towards my car. I thought it was just a pedestrian about to hit me and it scared me. Then he put his lights on. I was worried and had no idea what was happening. I knew I stopped at the stop sign so I thought that couldn't be why he pulled me over. The police officer never looked me in the eye, he mumbled i wasn't looking at the stop sign, asked for insurance, ID, if I had a ticket in the last year, etc. I was shaking I was so scared from the situation of him coming at me like that so I just waited for him to come back and explain. He asked me to sign the ticket and I said, "I'm sorry, but what happened?" He said you didnt't yield at that stop sign." I asked which one and he said "The one on the one-day road." I then said, "I'm sorry but I did." He had no response and asked me to sign the ticket. I just called and it's going to be $165. to get this straight, he made clear that I DID stop, but that I didn't "yield?" what defines yielding? I looked both ways, no cars came, I stopped completely, and then drove over 800 ft to his direction while at night time and he had no possible view if I yielded or not. Should I take it to court? It's also the 30th, which people have told me at the end of the month that police officers need to make a certain amount of tickets. The fact that this man was on a bike over 800 ft. away and nowhere near me just blows my mind. I feel this is incredibly unjustly and even though it's just a ticket I didn't deserve it. Court or no court?

OCR software that won't alter the original PDF image?

I have a great number of PDFs of older type-written documents that I need to keep the original image of but want to make them text searchable (OCR). I have tried Adobe's Pro's OCR option but it has a problem recognizing the word spacing from typewriters and keeps chopping up words. I also tried ReadIris but it creates a new image of the PDF with a more 'readable' text in place of what was in the original document. I couldn't find a way to change this, either. Is anyone aware of a good OCR program that will keep the original PDF image but can make it text searchable?

I'm 17 years old and where I live is mostly hot. My hair tends to dry out more when it's hot. My hair is very stressable. I always straighten it because that's the only way it looks good. I would just start writing. Think of a scene you have well thought out in your head. Put it on paper (or computer) I would bet from there the next scene just starts rolling out. You can always write several dialogue scenes and then fill in the details that string them together.

Blockbuster Refusing to fix disk!!?

I bought Mortal Kombat 9 for the xbox 360 on launch date been playing it fine not a problem. Till today my girlfriend accidently knocked over my xbox from its stand while it was playing...Bam circular scratches but its no problem i installed it on the console before hand but i still need it repaired just enough for it be semi readable just to the start screen to allow the installed version to play. The scratches arent that deep ive had it happen before blockbuster fixed it no problem. But i went earlier this evening to get it repaired only to be told by the manager in her exact words "Sorry we only repair disc's for important people now" Okay does she have the right to refuse my service when i got it done there just a month before to my black ops game. I had my friend go in about an hour later asking the same he got the same answer im prett dang sure on the terms and condtions on blockbusters website they say "ALL" customers have to agree to certain terms while getting there disc repaired. what happened was a month ago a lady rear ended me with her car and she was at fault. i drive a 1993 mercury villager and we took each others insurance information. so a couple days later there was an inspector from her insurance company that came and checked out the van and said that it is a "loss" and that it would cost more to repair it then it would to replace the vehicle and so they said they wont pay for it to be fixed because of that. even though it was just a little scratch and dent on the back side bumper. then yesterday we got a letter in the mail saying that our title and registration to the vehicle was canceled because they got a report saying the car was totaled. what should i do? this is retarded is what i think. do they have a right to do this and not even pay for the damage?

Fairly sure I have Avoidant Personality Disorder - can I still be helped?

Unfortunately, when I read through the DSM-IV's diagnositc criteria for this disorder, every single one of them practically defines me. I've also researched a bit further into the matter, well outside of textbook definitions. I'll still talk to my psychiatrist to see if I'm right. The problem I'm having now is that this feels like a death sentence. Can I still be helped? Can I recover? Even if I don't have Avoidant PD, I still have very strong features of it, there is no denying that.

Blue Screen Crash Help?

My computer keeps getting the blue screen crash, or The Blue Screen of Death as its called. I'm using Windows XP on an HP Laptop, and I can usually tell when its gonna happen. For example I will be on the net and all of the sudden it gets real slow and I can't click on anything or even exit out of the browser and then it crashes. Its not like the normal blue screen crash where it stays up there long enough to read whats wrong and everything is readable. For me its only up for like 3 secs and everything is blurry like the letters are doubled on top of each other but aren't aligned. Then once the computer restarts most of the time something comes up that says its gonna run a disk check. All my drivers are up to date and I have downloaded Registry Mechanic cause I heard that it helped. I don't know if something is wrong with my mother board,my hard drive, or something else. Both the Kindle and the Nook are fine E-Readers and they both come with WIFI built in. The major difference between the two is the types of books they support. The Kindle only supports books sold by Amazon while the Nook supports the e-pub format which most publishers are going to. While the Kindle beats the Nook Color for battery life it does not have color which makes the Nook Color better for kids books as well as magazines. The new Nook which is not color has even better battery life than the Kindle and costs about the same. It's just a matter of personal preference as to which one you choose.
