What Makes Punk Punk?

hey to all you punks out their need some help please I take textile GCSEs and my design brief is to make something to be sold at a music festival and here's the best bit it needs to be inspired by THE AGE OF PUNK. so to research i calling all punks secret punks or people who have conveniently designed punk clothes. WHAT DEFINES PUNK FASHION i need specific focus on things like dresses and tops. so please any information at all would be helpful thanks
