What are my Chances of getting into East Carolina University?

I have a 2.5 weighted GPA, but I got a 1570 on the SAT (all three) and a 23 composite on the ACT. I've been involved in Marching for three years, and Theatre for Two. This year I'm brass sergeant for Marching band and a Soloist. I've been in All State Senior Band for Two years, Tricounty Band for two years, and All County Honor Band for 3 years. I got the award for Outstanding Achievment in Band for two years and I was nominated for All Eastern Ensemble 2011. Also I plan on volunteering this summer at an Animal Shelter in my area.
