Is Justin Bieber going to be at The Movie Awards tonight?

I'm just wondering.. hes nominated for something so I don't see why he wouldn't go but I heard hes in Stratford Canada visiting his family. I don't think he even knows hes nominated, he hasn't said anything about it on Twitter all hes been saying is about the CMT Awards and The Much Music Awards. Will he be there? I'm curious, no I'm not a stalker or anything it's just a question. If you don't have anything nice to say please don't comment on here. Thanks.
