Should I worry about this?

couple of days ago I noticed that this person (couldn't really define either it was a woman or a man, but I'm pretty sure it was a man) in a black truck stopped and stared at me while I was holding my baby boy... and even my grandma noticed, I immediately went inside because I got scared and felt a sudden chill through my body, like a bad vibe... so now I'm paranoid and I'm usually scared, today it seemed like the same truck came by my house and kind of saw me through the window and I quickly closed the curtains and I kinda glimpse and saw the same truck right in front of my house and that person looking towards my house for about 5 minutes , now I'm really paranoid and I'm afraid, should I be worried? could this be a stalker? should I report it? please help... What should I do?
